1. Who may sell
Any creator with the legal right to distribute a plugin may apply for a seller account. Sellers must provide accurate information and keep their payout details current.
2. Platform fee
Publishing is free. Plugins for Agents currently retains 10% of each approved sale according to the marketplace’s applicable net-calculation rules. The percentage may only change prospectively and will not alter completed sales.
3. Security period and payouts
Seller earnings remain pending for 14 days after a qualifying order. The current minimum withdrawal is €50. Payouts are processed manually to the seller’s declared PayPal account until an automated payout system is introduced.
4. Seller warranties
The seller warrants that they own or are authorised to distribute the product, that it does not contain malware or hidden harmful behaviour, that its description is accurate, and that any third-party dependencies, costs, permissions or licences are clearly disclosed.
5. Product listings
Listings must explain the problem solved, expected output, installation, compatibility, requirements, limits, version and support. Misleading claims or unsupported universal compatibility claims are not allowed.
6. Review and removal
Plugins for Agents may review files before publication and may reject, suspend or remove products for security, legal, quality or policy reasons. Publication does not constitute a security certification.
7. Refunds, disputes and chargebacks
Refunds, chargebacks and payment disputes may reduce or reverse seller earnings linked to the affected order. Amounts already withdrawn may be offset against future earnings where legally permitted.
8. Taxes and seller obligations
Each seller remains responsible for the tax, accounting and legal obligations that apply to their own activity and for providing any information the platform must collect under applicable law.
9. Support and updates
Sellers should keep compatibility and version information current and respond to reasonable questions about their products. If maintenance stops, the listing should be updated accordingly.
10. Acceptance
Creating a seller account and submitting a product constitutes acceptance of these seller rules and the general marketplace terms.
