2. Purpose
Plugins for Agents allows users to discover, buy, download and sell plugins and other digital content intended for AI agents and AI tools. These terms govern access to the site, accounts, purchases and use of digital products.
3. Marketplace operation
Products may be created by third parties identified on each product page. Plugins for Agents manages publication, payment collection, digital delivery and first-line buyer support. Creators grant the applicable licences and warrant that they hold the rights required to distribute their products.
The platform may review, reject, suspend or remove products that are unsafe, misleading, unlawful, infringe third-party rights or breach these terms.
4. Accounts
Users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials and report unauthorised access. The service may not be used to distribute malware, gain unlawful access, attack systems, infringe intellectual-property rights or carry out unlawful activities.
5. Products, compatibility and licence
Each listing should describe the expected outcome, requirements, compatibility, version, installation steps and known limitations. Buyers are responsible for checking compatibility before purchase.
Unless a listing states a different licence, a purchase grants a personal or internal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence limited to lawful use. It does not permit resale, redistribution, publication, sublicensing or claiming the product as your own.
6. Prices, taxes and payments
Prices are displayed in euros. Applicable taxes are calculated or included according to the buyer’s location and applicable law. Payments are processed by PayPal and card methods enabled by that provider. Plugins for Agents does not store full card details.
7. Delivery and downloads
After payment is confirmed, the buyer receives access to the digital file from the confirmation page, their account or the order email. Unless otherwise stated, each purchase allows up to five downloads for 365 days. Buyers should keep a secure copy of downloaded files.
8. Immediate digital supply and withdrawal
Before completing a purchase, the buyer expressly requests immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledges that, once download or access begins, the right of withdrawal for that digital content may be lost where permitted by law.
This does not limit mandatory consumer rights when a file is defective, materially differs from its description, cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the platform or otherwise lacks conformity.
9. Refunds
A refund may be considered for duplicate charges, technical failure of delivery, corrupted files, a material difference from the listing or other legal lack of conformity. Requests should be sent to 1contactocom@gmail.com with the order number and a description of the problem.
Refunds are not normally granted for a change of mind after download has started, clearly disclosed incompatibility, failure to read requirements or use contrary to instructions, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
10. Updates and support
A purchase does not include indefinite updates or permanent support unless the listing expressly says so. Creators may fix bugs, publish new versions or stop maintaining a product.
11. Intellectual property
The Plugins for Agents design, brand and original site content belong to the site owner or are used with permission. Products belong to their respective creators. A purchase does not transfer intellectual property ownership.
12. Liability
Plugins may interact with third-party services, AI models, APIs and applications that can change independently of the marketplace. Permanent compatibility cannot be guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumers retain mandatory rights and jurisdiction protections applicable in their place of residence. Contact 1contactocom@gmail.com first regarding any issue.
14. Changes
These terms may be updated for legal, technical or commercial reasons. The version published on the order date applies to that purchase.
