CRM Clean works on authorized exports to normalize email, phone, names and companies without silently changing the live CRM. It keeps source values and creates comparable fields that make inconsistencies and duplicate candidates easier to detect with explainable signals.

Strong duplicates are detected; ambiguous ones are reviewed

Local MCP utilities find strong matches using normalized email or phone and audit records with suspicious formats or missing identity. The agent can add context for more complex candidates, but a similar name never becomes an automatic merge.

Designed to clean, not delete blindly

The package exports normalized data and a review plan. It does not delete, merge or change live CRM records without a separately authorized integration. Real changes should use explicit field survival rules, preserve history and support rollback.
