Description
Make sure a meeting ends with clear work
Meeting Flow turns a transcript or notes into operational output: decisions, action items, owners, dates, open questions, blockers and pending communications. Instead of producing a narrative summary nobody opens again, it structures each item so a person or another agent can see what happened and what comes next.
Never invent owners or deadlines
A sentence such as “we should review the budget” does not automatically mean someone accepted a task. The plugin distinguishes suggestions from commitments and only assigns an owner or due date when the meeting supports it. When timestamps or source references are available, it preserves them. Local MCP utilities normalize actions, validate fields and audit whether decisions and tasks retain evidence.
Prepare follow-up without executing external actions
Meeting Flow can prepare a follow-up summary, a task-import list or structured data for another agent. It does not send email, create calendar events or change project systems on its own. Those actions require permissions and authorization from the host. The value is a usable, verifiable memory of the meeting rather than a collection of invented conclusions.
