Description
Turn a support inbox into a queue that can actually be worked
Support Pilot reads customer requests through the host agent’s authorized access, identifies what each customer is asking for, suggests a category, estimates urgency with transparent criteria and prepares the next step. It can work with email, help-desk tickets or user-provided text and is designed to reduce repetitive sorting work without losing the context of important cases.
Replies grounded in documentation, not invention
When a request can be resolved from the available knowledge base or policies, the agent prepares a concise useful reply and retains internal references to the sources it used. Local MCP tools help normalize tickets, build a prioritized queue and audit whether claims in a proposed reply have a source when they depend on policy, documentation or account facts.
Escalate when necessary
The plugin does not send messages, issue refunds, cancel accounts or change permissions on its own. When information is missing, a policy exception is required, a security issue is involved or an action is irreversible, it prepares a clear handoff for a person or specialist queue. The goal is to automate classification and preparation without hiding uncertainty or bypassing support rules.
